Achaeology and mythology and provide endless inspirations for my sculptures of goddesses and animals. Although I envision them as monumental public statues, my one-of-a-kind sculptures are personal
household artifacts that remind us to stay connected to the beauty, power and mystery in our daily lives.
My love affair with three dimensional art began in childhood with play-dough. Sculpting in stone, bronze and steel was self-taught in parallel to my formal education in printmaking and continued throughout my professional career in graphic design, sign-making and small business ownership. I am now delighted to be a full-time sculpture artist in my chosen medium of polymer clay!
